The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong domain expertise in IT management, device lifecycle, identity systems, and enterprise software infrastructure to take full ownership of a key area within our team.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Device Management (MDM / UEM)

• Identity & Access Management (IAM / IDP)

• IT Marketplace & Hardware Lifecycle

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving both strategy and execution. You should be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly when needed, and always keeps the long-term vision in sight.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Product Manager at Factorial IT, you will:

Own the IT product area

• Define the product vision and roadmap for device management, identity integrations, and IT lifecycle flows.

• Shape how MDM, SaaS management, and hardware procurement integrate into a single experience.

Lead execution across complex technical domains

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver scalable and secure IT infrastructure capabilities.

• Translate complex technical systems (MDM APIs, provisioning protocols, identity flows) into intuitive product experiences.

Design end-to-end lifecycle experiences

• Connect HR as a source of truth with onboarding, device provisioning, zero-touch enrollment, SaaS provisioning, and offboarding automation.

• Ensure hardware, identity, and software lifecycle are unified.

Drive business impact

• Be accountable for product success metrics, revenue impact, adoption, and platform scalability.

• Partner closely with GTM teams to ensure strong positioning in the IT management space.

What We’re Looking For

You’re likely a great fit if you:

Product & Business

• Have 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with full ownership of product lifecycle.

• Are business-driven and impact-oriented.

• Have GTM experience and understand how technical products translate into revenue.

• Thrive in ambiguity and can move from discovery to execution fast.

Strong IT Domain Expertise (Critical)

You have hands-on exposure or deep product understanding of:

Device Management (MDM / UEM)

You understand:

• Device enrollment flows (zero-touch, ABM, Autopilot)

• Device policies, profiles, configuration management

• OS management (macOS, Windows, Android, Linux)

• Device compliance & security posture

Identity & Access Management (IAM / IDP)

You understand:

• SAML 2.0

• OpenID Connect (OIDC)

• SCIM provisioning

• Kerberos

• LDAP

• RBAC / policy enforcement

• MFA and conditional access

Technical Depth

You don’t need to code, but you are comfortable discussing:

• API design

• System architecture

• Data flows between services

• Event-driven systems

• Security implications of identity and device control

• You can engage deeply with engineers and speak their language.

Product Craft

• Data-driven: you define hypotheses, metrics, and success criteria.

• Strong UX sensitivity: you simplify complex enterprise systems.

• Excellent communicator: you can explain technical products to non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and enterprise clients.

Bonus Points if You

• Have worked directly with IT administrators or security teams.

• Have built products in the IT management, cybersecurity, or infrastructure space.

• Have worked in hyper-growth environments.
