As a 2026 Summer Experience Intern within JPMC’s Global Real Estate (GRE) team, you will learn from industry experts to identify opportunities and create efficiencies that support our global business. You will contribute meaningfully while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment. This internship offers the chance to collaborate with colleagues across various teams to promote growth, innovation, and strategy, ensuring operational effectiveness and managing risk. You will gain insight into key business projects and initiatives across the firm, observing how our businesses unite to serve clients worldwide. During the internship, you will develop foundational corporate real estate skills by participating in various phases of real estate project life cycles, engaging resources, and building relationships to meet project goals. You will track, analyze, report, and address project issues, identifying and documenting potential solutions. You may lead or participate in critical real estate initiatives, including process, organization, people, and technology improvements. You will collect and organize data for analysis, test hypotheses, and synthesize findings to formulate recommendations. By working alongside GRE, you will gain a comprehensive view of the firm, building your knowledge, network, and experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in/drive various phases of a real estate project life cycle. Engage with the right resources and build relationships to meet project goals. Track, analyze, report, and address project issues while identifying, documenting, and vetting potential solutions. 

  • Lead or participate in the development of a critical real estate initiative, which may include improvements in process, organization, people and/or technology. Collect, consolidate, and organize data to perform analyses, test hypotheses, and size opportunities. Synthesize findings, formulate recommendations, and develop change support materials for improvements. 

  • Lead or participate in real estate projects and tasks that involve data analysis methods driven by business need. Identify connections between business opportunities, challenges, and underlying data. Compile and present analysis back to stakeholders in a concise and effective manner. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Currently pursing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil/Enviornmental/Electrical/Industrial/Systems Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field with an expected graduation date in 2027 or 2028.

  • A desire to participate in a summer internship across various corporate real estate teams

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to thrive in ever changing environments 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 

  • A strong team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment  

  • Aptitude to digest large amounts of information while using it to develop innovative solutions with strong attention to detail  

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • English is the primary business language of JPMC Global Real Estate. For this position fluency in English is required

     

Our summer program is a pipeline for future graduate opportunities. Based on individual achievements, those who successfully complete the summer internship may receive offers of full-time employment with the firm after graduation.

**Your exact office location maybe within proximity to one of our main hubs. This will be communicated to you prior to your start date. 

Cohort Start Date: June 1, 2026 

  • You must be able to report to your designated office location on your start date. 
  • Relocation assistance is not offered for this role.
