What You Will Do
Pratt & Whitney, a recognized leader in the design and manufacture of advanced commercial and military turbine engines, is seeking motivated and driven students to join our CNC Machining High School Internship Program.
This internship is based at Pratt & Whitney’s Columbus Forge facility in Columbus, Georgia, and provides an opportunity for students to gain valuable hands-on experience in precision CNC machining and aerospace manufacturing.
The CNC Machining Intern will work under the mentorship of experienced Columbus Forge Supervisors and CNC Machinists to learn the fundamentals of computer numerical control (CNC) machining, setup procedures, and process optimization. Interns will gain real-world experience operating and supporting production of turbine components using state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment.
