Collective Training Exercise Program Signal Analyst

Key Role:
Provides support for the Collective Training Exercise Program’s Signal planning efforts. Participates in daily, weekly and monthly sync meetings with rotational training units (RTU) to communicate Signal related information, develop plans and collect RTU data. Develops executive level briefings and participates in weekly leadership in progress reviews. Utilizes systems of record for scheduling to input RTU data for collective training exercises. Coordinates with unit and training platform representatives to communicate capabilities, ensure participation in training events and to develop plans and processes. Develops and provides Signal related input to operations orders, taskings and responses to RFIs. Distributes planning conference information to stakeholders and as required attends planning conferences.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with the military
Experience with developing products including military orders, task organizations, operational reports and executive level briefings
Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams
Knowledge of the Army’s Command and Control Information Systems
Ability to develop and deliver verbal and written briefings
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Army scheduling systems of record such as AST or MARRS
Experience working on staff within a military organization
Experience with training database systems including FMS Web and Army Training Network (ATN)
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
