What role you will play in our team

 

Advisor and/or Supervisor roles in lubricant manufacturing facilities. Work areas include process control, packaging, warehousing, or project/construction management. Some positions are for M-F daywork, others rotating shift work. 

 

Job Location: Beaumont, TX; Port Allen, LA, Paulsboro, NJ; Cicero, IL; Olathe, KS.

What you will do

 

Drive execution and continuous improvement in bulk liquid blending/loading/unloading, packaging of lubricants, warehousing, and other manufacturing processes while achieving safety, product quality, and customer care expectations. 

About you

 

Skills and Qualifications 

 

• Manufacturing experience in petrochemical, consumer packaged goods, or other related industries.
• B.S. in engineering discipline (e.g. Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.)

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

 

• Lean manufacturing
• Labor relations or supervision
