Job Overview:

 

Qorvo is seeking for an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with expertise in S/4 Hana. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP architecture and design principles.  Preference is this position be located near our Hillsboro, OR or Greensboro, NC (HQ) location.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·        Design and implement business solutions using S/4 Hana and related technologies.

·        Develop architecture standards and guidelines across business functions including finance and Human Resources.

·        Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements aligning them with leading best practices and translate them into fit to standard solution options.

·        Stay abreast with the newer technologies, best practices, trends and leverage them to scale business process and optimize TCO. 

·        Collaborate with Enterprise Architects across organization to have one common architecture standards.

·        Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

·        Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation and implementation projects.

·        Conduct design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to architectural standards.

·        Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and consultants.

·        Adhere to Lean framework to support continuous improvement. 

·        Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

 

Requirements:

 

·        Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related engineering field.

·        10+ years hands on experience in SAP architecture and design, with a focus on S/4 Hana platform 

·        Strong understanding of SAP system landscapes, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid models

·        Knowledge of SAP integration with other enterprise systems

·        Ability to analyze business requirements and develop fit to standard solution. Provide optimal options to bridge solution gaps. 

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills

·        Strong problem-solving skills

·        SAP certifications are a plus.
