Job Description

Zscaler is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Information Technology and Enterprise Applications team. With your strong technical and organizational skills, you will drive the delivery of key strategic technology and enterprise level programs. You will partner and work closely with technology teams and business stakeholders.

This position requires a highly driven individual with demonstrated experience in delivering top cross-functional programs in fast paced technical environments. The ideal candidate will be able to drive consensus and provide direction to multiple cross-functional stakeholders and proactively manage program management functions and communication.

Location: Remote within United States

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:

• Experienced with a proven track record of planning, executing and delivering enterprise level, cross-functional programs. Ability to strategize, create, drive and manage complex program deliverables and KPI’s 
• Efficiently manage stakeholder meetings, set clear agendas and track performance against agreed upon commitments, managing status, risks and expectations
• Ability to prioritize and balance between competing priorities to deliver outcomes on-time and on-budget
• Provide stakeholders and management clear visibility and reporting on project status, risk and mitigation plans
• Excellent communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration with leadership, stakeholders and teams 
• Experience managing vendor relationships and reviewing and providing input into partner scope of work 
• Solid experience in SDLC and Agile methodologies, JIRA and Confluence. Strong understanding of Agile metrics, capacity planning, dashboards and portfolio views
• Detail oriented with excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Innovative, collaborative and passionate about project management 
• Adept at building strong working relationships and quickly establishing credibility across an organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism

Qualifications

Qualifications/Your Background:

• BA/BS technical/business degree or related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years enterprise level technical program management experience with proven track record of delivery
• Solid experience of project management best practices and executing projects using SDLC, Agile methodology and JIRA
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with expert level proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint/GSuite
• Strong experience with business productivity tools including Asana, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Salesforce
• Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy
