Job Description

At Pelico, our Tech Delivery Team bridges Customer Operations and Support with the rest of the company. We tackle bugs, support onboarding new customers, assist DevOps with product deployments, and ensure a smooth transition for clients adopting our SaaS platform.

As part of a small, dynamic team, your contributions will have a significant impact on how we optimize processes for Customer Operations, making client onboarding and data integration seamless.

What you'll do & learn:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend features to meet both business and product needs.
• Build data pipelines and configure algorithms to onboard new customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations and Product teams to iterate on user feedback.
• Own features end-to-end, from design to development.
• Mentor colleagues, improve our toolchain, and foster best practices.
• Contribute to the alignment of technical teams and support the engineering delivery towards business targets.

• Languages/Frameworks: Python, Kotlin, Flask, WebSocket
• Tools: Pandas, Numpy, ZMQ, Pub/Sub
• Services: GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, InfluxDB
• Processes: Airflow, Gitlab CI/CD
• Security: Yubikeys, Gsuite SSO, Keeper
  

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience (ideally in SaaS)
• Expertise in Python, Kotlin, or other relevant languages
• Strong SQL skills
• Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, impactful team environment
