The Role at a Glance
Lincoln’s Customer Experience team is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to help drive strategic goals for our retirement plan services customers as they engage with our secure websites and mobile app. In this role, you will support the product owner in representing business and customer needs to the development team. You will use your in-depth knowledge of the product and business processes to help define acceptance criteria on user stories, performing additional research and analysis when needed to ensure user stories and acceptance criteria appropriately reflect business processes. You will also support ongoing testing by ensuring necessary test data is available and may help the Product Owner review completed stories against the acceptance criteria and definition of done.
What you'll be doing
· Supports the Product Owner in breaking Features into User Stories and/or adding User Stories to the backlog based on feedback/production support needs
· Supports the product owner in defining user story acceptance criteria, particularly when complex business processes are involved
· Accept stories as “done” based on pre-defined acceptance criteria and definition of done, on behalf of the Product Owner, if needed
· Provide functional expertise and identify situations where specific subject matter expertise is needed from additional BAs or business SMEs
· Supports the product owners in collaborating with other teams and leadership to ensure team strategy aligns with overall product vision
· Partner with the product owner throughout product delivery to refine and deliver User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
· 5+ plus years of experience in business analysis; project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure and meeting deadlines
· 4 Year/bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4+ years of experience in retirement services industry)
· Ability to define problems, analyze complex information, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and solutions
· Strong collaborator and communicator
Nice-to-haves:
· Experience working on customer-facing digital solutions
· Understanding of Agile methodologies

The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
