Warehouse Associate

Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Warehouse Associate to add to our operations team. We are a leader in the window and door replacement industry and we are looking for the BEST to join and grow with our organization. Schedule for this role: Monday through Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

What you'll be doing:

• Perform staging, unloading, and driving responsibilities accurately and completely with minimal supervision. 
• Accurately identify material, trim, and lumber using minimal references. 
• DOT-certified RbA driver in good standing. 
• Perform monthly inventory checks. 
• Accurately completes KPA run logs and other warehouse forms.
• Able to use rForce to determine installation schedule and materials requirements.
• Receive weekly freight loads
• Jobsite deliveries (fill out run logs and collect signatures)
• Organize and clean all areas of Warehouse
• Assist team members, including turning trucks when necessary
• Fill in for Night crew members on PTO (Paid Time Off) 

Who you are:

• Great attitude and work ethic; ability to work well with others - Being a team player is a must!
• Attention to written instructions: Able to follow assembly instructions, driving directions and other written documentation
• Experience accurately measuring and cutting carpentry materials is a plus
• Customer service focus
• Forklift certified is preferred
• Experience stocking and pulling materials in a warehouse environment is preferred
• Experience in the window replacement industry is a plus
• Valid Driver License and clean driving record is required
• Able to drive a wide body box truck that is approximately 12' in height, with a GVWR of 16,000lbs
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

• The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to use power tools (i.e. table saw, skill saw)
• Lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• Must exhibit a high level of endurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform duties
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Use of personal protective equipment
• Flexible to changing work conditions, assignments and hours
