As a (Senior) Analyst Finance, you will be assigned to run the day-to-day operations in our Finance department by putting data at the center of your work. In this role, you will support and drive the data &amp; BI analysis efforts as well as making it available &amp; comprehensible to our senior international stakeholders. You support the growth of Factor Eleven into a thriving international, medium-sized company. </p><p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul> <li>Preparation of data analysis and BI project management  </li> <li>Independent preparation of monthly reports for stakeholders and shareholders  </li> <li>Support in the preparation of budget and forecast planning  </li> <li>(Pro-)active participation in the day-to-day operations of our Finance department  </li> <li>Preparation of target/actual comparisons and ad hoc analyses </li> <li>Special business evaluations upon request </li> <li>Liquidity management and forecasting as well as P&amp;L / Balance Sheet reviews  </li> <li>Support for all departments in business management issues </li> <li>Sparring partner for management and internal business partnering for stakeholders  </li> <li>Driving special projects </li> <li>Collaboration with colleagues to drive process improvements and best-practice introduction </li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>YOUR PROFILE: </p><ul> <li>Proven professional experience (typically 5+ years) in the relevant field of Finance   </li> <li>Successfully completed degree in Finance (Business / Strategy / Data Analysis) - professional certification is a plus  </li> <li>Fluent in German (B1) and English  </li> <li>Advanced handling of MS Office (especially proficient in Excel)  </li> <li>Confident financial modelling skills </li> <li>Background in data analysis and/ or data science (e.g. strong experience working with Power BI / Tableau) </li> <li>Ability and willingness to handle Fin Tech software  </li> <li>Very good analytical skills as well as a structured and precise working style  </li> <li>Adaptability, pragmatism and “hands-on” mentality   </li> <li>Initiative, assertiveness and ability to work in a team and under pressure  </li> <li>Flexibility, commitment and high motivation - ability to self-motivate  </li> <li>Experience in the independent preparation and presentation of reports for management  </li> <li>Forwardness, strong communication skills as well as goal and implementation orientation </li> <li>Experience in managing projects and enjoyment in moving things independently  </li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>WHY US?</p><p>Factor Eleven's Finance team is the go-to partner for numbers within a fast-growing scale up.
