You'll be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction by working closely with various departments to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. Candidate should be self-motivated and able to multi-task and prioritize to support business and sales requirements. Ability to reach out to senior-level staff regarding the status of order fulfillment and revenue attainment.</span></p><h2><br/>Basic Requirements</h2><ul><li><p><span>Master/Bachelor in Business or Supply Chain degree</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in spoken and written English </span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience</span></b><span> in Business Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement or Logistics</span></p></li><li><p>Ability to work a mixed shift schedule, including 5-6 days per month on a second shift (12pm-8pm).</p></li><li><p><span><span>Analytical skills</span></span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets</span></p></li><li><p><span>SAP or/and Tableau experience </span>is considered an asset</p></li><li><p><span>Ability to provide accurate data and summary reports / great analytical skills</span></p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate self-motivation, and work proactively and independently</p></li><li><p><span>Personality with a positive attitude, change acceptance, and willingness to take up challenges and provide solutions</span></p></li><li><p><sp
