Position: Senior Manager, Global Cell Therapy, Strategy & Operations
Location: Princeton Pike or Summit, New Jersey

The Senior Manager, Global Cell Therapy Organization (CTO), Strategy & Operations (US Performance) will be part of the Commercial Performance and Execution team and report to the Global CTO Senior Director S&O (CTO S&O Sr Dir). They will play a key role in driving US CT performance, working in close collaboration with the US CT LT and functional leaders on managing key US commercial and cross-functional projects like POAs and executive account visits, as well as supporting management of external CT presence (eg congresses). The incumbent will also be involved in the management of ad-hoc US commercial and/or Global CTO cross-functional projects as needed. The Sr Manager will prepare, maintain and execute project plans including resource requirements to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-define scope and objectives of CTO and/or US commercial cross-functional projects and manage implementation of strategic initiatives and projects
- Support when needed project management of CTO governance and in-line assets, GPRC5D, CD19 NEX T, Early assets and Build the Foundation initiatives
- Set-up team KPIs, tracking performance and progress towards project deliverables with project sponsor guidance & input to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Report progress report and escalate risks & issues to management as needed
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA/BS required. MBA, or other graduate degree preferred
- 5+ years combined experience across related disciplines, Global and/or local Marketing, BI&A, Finance or strategic management consulting experiences
- Relevant experience in Cell Therapy is preferable
- Demonstrated ability to design, manage or implement multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional, matrixed teams, maintaining strong relationships and influencing outcomes
