About the Role The Senior Director, Enterprise Business Services (EBS) – LATAM Integration & Automation will lead the integration of business-level activities and automation across LATAM operations, logistics, treasury, and other domains. This Bentonville-based role focuses on evaluating activities for centralization within EBS, driving efficiency, quality, and risk reduction through automation and governance. Key Responsibilities- Lead intake, assessment, and migration of processes into EBS based on pre-defined criteria and PMO governance.
- Define centralization criteria and recommend near-term waves and roadmaps.
- Build and execute automation blueprint for LATAM business facing activities leveraging AI, analytics, and automation platforms.
- Establish governance and monitoring for automated processes with KPIs and dashboards.
- Integrate and handoff to EBS Middle Office for quality control between BPO providers and internal customers.
- Partner with market business leaders and EBS leaders to align scope, success metrics, and change impacts.
- Ensure compliance with controls, accounting, and enterprise policy frameworks.
- Develop high-performing teams across Bentonville and LATAM sites, promoting ownership and continuous improvement.
- 12+ years in leadership positions spanning multi-market operations, ideally across LATAM.
- Proven track record delivering integration programs with measurable benefits.
- Expertise in process controls and risk management.
- Experience deploying automation platforms and leading tech-enabled transformation.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management; English and Spanish required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Prior leadership within Middle Office, Controllership, Treasury or similar quality-control constructs.
- Familiarity with LATAM regulatory environments for treasury/electronic payments.
- Demonstrated success modernizing operational Back Office functions, and Treasury processes using AI-enabled monitoring.
