As the true partner of the Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager for Europe, you will work within a French and European scope (7 countries) and manage the payroll of employees (300 employees) across various entities of the Match Group operating in this region (Meetic, Match, Tinder, Hinge, etc.).Fully integrated into the European Human Resources team, the role is based in Paris, does not require travel, and allows up to 3 days of remote work per week.
Role Overview :Collecting, processing, and entering variable payroll elements (all types of absences, overtime, bonuses, on-call duties, etc.).Verifying payroll data (semi-outsourced payroll, communication with service providers).Managing HR administration for Europe and acting as a backup for French administration.Handling administrative procedures related to employee onboarding and offboarding (employment contracts, certificates, etc.).

Must-Have :
- Over 5 years of overall experience.
- Proven experience in French payroll.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Versatility and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience managing equity plans.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of Workday.
- Familiarity with SOX audit requirements.
- Experience in international payroll management (handling payroll across 7 European countries).
