Job Description

Lead the establishment and oversight of quality management processes across Operations. Ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage supplier quality, and maintain a customer-centric focus to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the end-to-end supply chain operations.

As a Senior Quality Manager Last Mile, you will:

• Establish quality management guidelines with clear objectives, processes and documentation for the entire supply chain.
• Manage risks, exceptions and findings across the supply chain.
• Conduct regular internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the process for evaluating and monitoring the quality performance of suppliers, ensuring alignment with defined quality standards.
• Stay informed about relevant quality regulations, ensuring supply chain operations comply with requirements.
• Maintain a customer-centric focus to ensure the delivery of high-quality products throughout the supply chain.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to implement an end-to-end approach to quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master degree is a plus
• A minimum of 5-6 years in logistics, logistic auditing. Last mile experience is a plus
• Quality Management expertise. Being familiarity with relevant quality regulations and standards
• Audit and assessment skills
• Risk and Supplier quality management experience
• Experience in project work
• Fluency in English
