Key Responsibilities
- Performing professional-level tasks, both formal and informal, requiring independent judgment, initiative, and tact while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
- Drafting and tracking correspondence.
- Extensive use of Microsoft Office 365, including:
- Excel: creating, formatting, editing, tracking, etc.
- Word: creating tables, write-protecting information, formatting, editing, converting documents from PDF to Word, mail merge for small and large projects, etc.
- PowerPoint: development and editing
- Outlook: management of multiple calendars and mailboxes, responding to issues
- Performing timekeeping for federal employees.
- Assisting with meeting setup, including webinars and video conferences.
- Preparing reports and making recommendations for actions.
- Creating complex travel arrangements and vouchers in the Concur system.
- Performing project management duties, event planning, and other duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree with a preferred discipline in Business Administration or Management; 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
- 5 years of relevant experience. A Master’s Degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and file-sharing applications.
- Professional attitude and strong learning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to competently deal with changing requirements.
Compensation range for this position is the following
- Starting $55,000.00/year to $56,000.00/year
