Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll be a valuable part of our order fulfillment process—using pick tickets to locate items, pulling accurate quantities, packing them with care, and maintaining consistent productivity. This is a direct hire full-time position working Monday - Friday. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack our orders daily
• Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
• Able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally 
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a warehouse setting, preferred

Shift Time: Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 6:30pm

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
