Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at RepRisk, you will both support product development with testing activities, as well as define, implement, and improve the entire Software Testing pipeline and processes. As such, you will be able to make major contributions to the Technology team and enable the company to deliver high level of quality in our products. You will work side-by-side with Technology and Product teams and engage in a wide range of activities based on needs, from manual testing, end-to-end testing, to test strategy and process improvements. You will be part of our Technology team and will report to the Technology Lead in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role, two days a week in the office is required. Moreover, you will:

• Analyze user stories, use cases, requirements for validity and feasibility
• Execute different types of testing (e.g.  System, Integration, Acceptance, Regression, etc.)
• Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
• Monitor and analyze test activities and test results, and ensure releases are thoroughly tested both manual and automation
• Collaborate with Technology and Product teams to define and document testing processes and conventions, including production and review of test artifacts such as Test Plan, Test Specification, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data and Test Results
• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
• Design and develop automation scripts as required
• Mentor the team in prioritization, problem solving, and investigation of issues encountered
• Assist the Technology Lead in Manila on implementing the targeted QA strategies and processes

Qualifications

You Offer

• 5+ years industry experience in Quality Assurance; expertise in manual testing
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
• Solid experience in data analysis is required
• Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards
• Thorough understanding of agile principles and methodologies
• Familiar with API - back-end testing using Swagger and Postman
• Knowledgeable and hands-on experience in different automation testing tools.
• Solid QA project leadership experience
• Experience in the following technologies would be a plus - Performance Testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.), SQL language, browser-based testing
• Full fluency in English, oral and written
