About this Role:

Contracts are more than documents, they’re some of the most valuable sources of business intelligence in the enterprise. Ironclad’s AI Classification team sits at the center of transforming these static records into structured, actionable insights that drive critical business decisions. This product leader will define and execute Ironclad’s AI strategy for data classification, search, and language understanding, a task that is at the center of our long-term vision.

As Staff Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for improving the performance and adoption of core AI features, with a focus on classification and search. In addition to these core areas of ownership, you’ll act as the owner of our AI platform,  partnering closely with our world-class engineering, ML, and design teams to build the underlying infrastructure, tooling, and UX patterns that power AI features across Ironclad.

The successful candidate will be able drive short term delivery alongside the infrastructure investments needed to support long-term experimentation and velocity. You’ll be a systems thinker who can build processes that unlock the potential of those around you and a key figure as we bring a customer-centric focus to even the most technical decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap for core AI-powered product experiences across Ironclad, including data extraction/classification, verification flows, and natural language search.

• Deliver meaningful customer outcomes through iterative shipping of improved models & AI performance.

• Build foundational infrastructure for scalable model deployment, online/offline monitoring, and performance tuning.

• Partner with AI/ML, data science, and MLOps to ensure healthy model development and rapid experimentation cycles.

• Lead the efforts to define our approach to RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) and agent graphs, ensuring our application teams have access to the latest tools and techniques.

• Run your team in a way that is conducive to high-velocity AI work, blending agile practices with research-centric iterations.
