Industry Manager - Refining

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and mentor the Industry Sales team by identifying short and long term goals for each team member, and guiding the Industry Sales through implementing growth plans to achieve annual goals.
• Gather intel on the current state of each industry in which VEGA Americas’ serves, and determines how team members should approach the markets.
• Coordinate meetings and knowledge sharing between the Industry Sellers.
• Facilitate relationships building between the Industry Sales team and other departments in VEGA Americas.
• Responsible for ensuring a high rate of goal achievement for the team.
• Ensure alignment with Marketing for industry plan execution.
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure VEGA has industry appropriate solutions

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering;

AND five to ten years related experience and/or training;

OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
