The primary responsibility of this position is to provide overall leadership to drive operational performance for the White Bear Lake, Minnesota site.  Responsible for developing and maintaining strong collaborative working partnerships with global functions including, Sales, Portfolio Management, Research & Development, and Quality Must be a dynamic leader able to effectively promote collaboration, instill engineering and manufacturing excellence practices, be a leader of change management and teamwork throughout the site. Responsible for directly leading the operations team in the White Bear Lake facility and for the overall performance for site located in Puerto Rico.
