Summary:

As the Director of Nursing at Volare Health, LLC, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Nursing Services Department. You’ll ensure the highest standards of care for our residents while mentoring and developing the next generation of nursing professionals. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to provide top-tier care in a thriving, community-focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire Nursing Services Department, ensuring excellence in patient care and services

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for residents, including assessments and individualized treatment strategies

• Manage the department’s budget, including resources for equipment, supplies, and staffing

• Respond decisively and efficiently in emergency situations

• Inspire and mentor staff to promote growth and performance excellence

• Additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure

• BSN preferred (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

• 3+ years of nurse leadership experience, in skilled nursing preferred 

• Knowledge of rehabilitative, restorative nursing, and long-term care regulations

• Exceptional communication skills to engage with residents, staff, and the broader community
