Position Description

The Anoka County Human Services division is committed to working with people to improve lives through collaboration across its five departments: Community Corrections, Community Social Services & Behavioral Health, Economic Assistance, Public Health & Environmental Services, and Job Training Center.

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst Supervisor to oversee a team of Business System Analysts (BSAs) serving the Community Social Services & Behavioral Health (CSSBH) department. The Business Systems Analyst Supervisor manages the day-to-day activities of Senior and Associate CSSBH BSAs, ensuring role clarity and effective delegation of tasks, and supports staff growth through ongoing coaching and mentoring. In addition, the position involves direct contributions to the management and execution of complex business analysis projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, and quality standards. The supervisor reports to the Business Analytics & Data Manager for the Human Services division, and CSSBH BSAs participate in a broader division-wide business analysis team. This position works with the Manager and Human Services Lead BSA on cross-departmental and organizational initiatives and ensures that CSSBH projects align with division strategy and standards.

Pay & Benefits

  • 2025 Anoka County Salary Schedule Grade 38: $98,176 to $137,384 annually ($47.20 to $66.05 per hour).

Work Location

  • This position will work at Anoka County Government Center, located at 2100 3rd Ave, Anoka, MN 55303.
  • This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work, with some days working remotely and some days working in the office.
  • Expected work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the CSSBH BSAs, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and division strategy.
  • Manage team resources, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, facilitating collaboration, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of system enhancements and projects.
  • Collaborate with department stakeholders to identify technology and data needs, define priorities, and drive the implementation of sustainable solutions.
  • Participate in division-wide BSA meetings and workgroups and support the development and implementation of a unified strategy for Human Services BSA work.
