How will you make an impact in this role?

The Global Card Issuance organization is responsible for supporting and managing the production/manufacturing of cards, personalization/fulfillment of cards, delivery of cards, and the design/innovation of new cards for all proprietary card products globally.

This role will lead the Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation team responsible for driving strategy, transformational projects, process improvements, driving RFPs/sourcing/contracting activities for group, driving capabilities engagements/prioritizations, and optimizing supply chain.

  • Defining and developing holistic strategies and roadmaps to drive goals
  • Coordinating and driving alignment of cross-functional internal and external partners
  • Driving and managing functional reengineering portfolio & projects
  • Identifying and driving transformational initiatives & opportunities
  • Management and implementation of projects and process improvements
  • Supplier management and relationship management
  • Driving RFPs, contracts management, and contract negotiations
  • Supply chain management and optimization
  • Lead for group engagements & activities with GSM, Capabilities, and Technologies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strategy, transformational, or project management experience required
  • Supplier management experience preferred
  • 5+ years of People Leadership experience spanning multiple team members required

     

  • Experience developing, communicating, and managing inventory forecasts
  • Experience managing reengineering portfolio and developing pipeline
  • Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management methodologies
  • Track record of successful innovation and transformational thinking, risk taking and ability to create step function change
  • Ability to strategically think and link processes, systems, metrics, and financials for complex operational functions
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with colleagues and teams working in culturally and geographically diverse environments to deliver transformational outcomes
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), presentation skills
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop proposals, secure buy-in, and drive change from conception through to implementation
  • Dynamic, engaging, and inspiring leader with solid track record of people leadership and employee development
  • Analytical skills and mindset, with demonstrated data-driven decisions
  • Travel Required (up to 10%)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of and experience with card issuance processes preferred

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
