  • Act as the product owner across the full product development lifecycle—from deeply understanding current operational processes and regulatory requirements, through solution definition and delivery, to sustained improvement in production performance.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Partner Operations, and internal business stakeholders to establish a clear vision for benefit determination that balances near-term needs with long-term scalability.
  • Translate complex eligibility rules, compliance requirements, and business logic into clear system requirements and workflows that engineering teams can build and operate with confidence.
  • Map, analyze, and improve end-to-end benefit determination processes across multiple systems and touchpoints.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to automate, simplify, or eliminate manual steps in eligibility verification and claims processing.
  • Design solutions that account for real-world complexity, including edge cases, exceptions, and operational constraints common in enterprise benefit administration.
  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and use data and operational feedback to guide ongoing iteration and improvement.
You are a strong fit for this role if you:
  • Are comfortable working in ambiguity, carving a path forward, and iterating toward better outcomes.

  • Value measurable outcomes over outputs and use data to guide prioritization and decisions.
  • Partner effectively across functions and bring clarity to competing priorities.
