Core Functions:
• Serve as the department liaison, in conjunction with Partnership Development Coordinator, for customer relationship management (CRM) and inventory management; includes ongoing maintenance, reporting and initiative to improve CRM compliance and functionality.
• Act as key contact with assigned Partners, maintaining day-to-day relationships between Partners and internal departments.
• Assists, in conjunction with the Corporate Partnership Development Coordinator, the management and effectiveness of various customer databases housed in our CRM software system and inventory management system
• Manage various activities between the Corporate Partnership Development and Partnership Activation departments; may include various projects as assigned by the Vice President of Corporate Partnership Marketing
• Manages all aspects of the sales & marketing department’s hospitality assets; this includes inviting VIP guests to games & events, managing the ticket distribution process, managing the catering and gifting plans and acting as host on event days.
• Manage Partner communication plan including monthly e-newsletters, event invites, RSVPs and attendance tracking, and major announcements.
• Work with the Partnership team members to enhance current partnership activations, identify new net revenue opportunities, and provide additional value for the partnerships.
• Gameday responsibilities focus on guest invite management and hosting, along with Activation support.
• Oversees the logistics and management of various special events and trips.
• Oversees the management of third-party digital/social measurement platforms and the distribution of reports to Partnership Marketing Managers on a consistent basis.
• Work closely with Graphics, Video and Information Technology in the development of partnership marketing material, presentations and meeting preparations
• Manages department gift purchases and inventory, etc.
• Act as the departmental liaison for all client events by working closely with the Special Events and Game Operations department.
• Assists in the management of expense reporting, budget reports, purchase orders and processing.
• Completes special projects and provides general assistance as needed.
• Anticipate departmental needs and handle high pressure situations.
• Employee is responsible for work directly related to management policies or general business operations under direct supervision of the Director of Partnership Marketing and the direction of Chief Brand and Development Officer
• Employee is expected to have the training, experience and knowledge to perform the responsibilities of this position with general supervision only.

Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or commensurate work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sports/entertainment marketing, promotions and/or events
Work Environment
The Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment. Other environment conditions:
• Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required; required to work all home and some travel to away games; may have to work occasional holidays.
