Together with top management, business functions, and BMW Group IT, we shape the AI agenda, set priorities, and ensure execution with measurable business impact.</span></p> <p><strong><span>What awaits you?</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>You define and continuously refine the BMW Group’s AI &amp; Data strategy, aligned with corporate objectives and global technology trends.</span></li> <li><span>You analyze global AI, data, and digitalization trends and assess their relevance and impact for BMW’s business, products, and operations.</span></li> <li><span>You translate strategic insights into committed action plans, roadmaps, and investment priorities with clear ownership and KPIs.</span></li> <li><span>You identify, structure, and prioritize high-impact AI initiatives across functions and divisions, ensuring focus on business value and scalability.</span></li> <li><span>You act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning management, business units, and IT around shared AI goals.</span></li> <li><span>You steer cross-functional initiatives from strategy definition to execution readiness, ensuring sustainable transfer into line organizations.</span></li> <li><span>You establish governance, success metrics, and decision frameworks to track progress and business impact of AI initiatives.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span>What should you bring along?</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>University degree in computer science, data science, engineering, economics, or a comparable field.</span></li> <li><span>At least five years of professional experience in AI, data, digital strategy, or technology-driven transformation in a complex organization.</span></li> <li><span>Proven track record of understanding global AI business and technology trends and translating them into concrete, committed action plans.</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated success in driving AI or data initiatives with significant, measurable business impact.</span></li> <li><span>Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills combined with the ability to operate effectively in executive-level environments.  Highly analytical and consultative mindset with structured problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li><span>Solid understanding of modern AI technologies and their opportunities and limitations from a business perspective.  Experienced in working across organizational boundaries and aligning diverse stakeholders behind a common strategy.</span></li> <li><span>Very good written and spoken English skills.
