This role will focus on developing and delivering digital learning programs aimed at enhancing the digital literacy and technical capabilities of Arla employees across various levels of the organization.</span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><b><span>How you will make an impact</span></b></span></span></span></span></p> <p align="left"><span><span><span><span><span>You will be responsible for managing and delivering top quality digital learning experiences in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and the Digital Academy team. Thus, your role includes </span><span>coordinating, structuring and co-creating engaging, interactive, and scalable learning content and programs for various organizational functions. </span><span>Further, you will be responsible for the following tasks:</span></span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Gather feedback, measure learning effectiveness, and continuously improve learning solutions</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Establish evaluation metrics to assess effectiveness and impact of digital learning initiatives on employee performance and business outcomes</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Develop framework and guidelines on how to create and conduct digital learnings as part of a train-the-trainer concept</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Stay up to date with the latest learning formats and tools for digital learning, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the Digital Academy</span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p align="left"> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><b><span>What will make you successful</span></b></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>To succeed in this role, you need a passion for learning and development and a strong desire to support employee growth. You should be a skilled project manager with a customer-centric approach, able to handle multiple projects and priorities, and possess excellent communication skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Your collaborative mindset makes you proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused, while your analytical skills help assess learning needs, measure outcomes, and optimize programs.
