Systems Support Specialist

POSITION: Systems Support Specialist, Center Harbor Associates, LLC DBA Steele Hill Resorts/Path Resorts (Sanbornton, NH)

DUTIES: End user support for SPI and Creatio data systems and UI. Interface with third-party support teams to resolve user issues. Work with company technical managers to support the implementation of upgrades to user software. Learn, configure, use, and streamline new systems for the company. Configure new user accounts on various systems, manage system security, and remove user accounts and access upon departure from the organization. Maintain upkeep of currently used software systems. Act as the onsite point of contact for all software systems within the company’s corporate office and throughout the resorts. Work with management to resolve IT issues. Assist with the coordination of maintenance and updates for data systems and front-end UI. Participate in efforts to improve configurations and integration of existing systems. Coordinate requests for improvement and configuration from department managers and executives. Participate in the technical budgeting process by working with the accounting team and technical managers to forecast and track expenses relating to the maintenance and improvement of data systems and UI. Track costs and purchase order issuance for the IT department in conjunction with the payables clerk. Act as the lead on coordinating off-hour and weekend resources to provide software system support for resort operations staff.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science or related IT field. One year of experience in an IT role involving systems support. Working knowledge of SPI Orange System or similar reservations system, Creatio CRM, MS SQL Server Management Software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
