The Information Security Compliance Analyst will ensure compliance audits across the organization are aligned with guidelines and policies. They will work collaboratively across the organization to ensure policies and standards are followed to maintain a state of compliance.
The position will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and will be a remote work opportunity!
How you'll make a difference:
- Assist with audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Objectively review the information security program
- Assist with maintaining the ISO 27001 certification program
- Assist with maintaining and improving the SOC 2 Type II audit posture
- Establish and adhere to the cadence of quarterly reviews and yearly audits
- Recommend improvements to the internal audit program
- Respond to questionnaires regarding the Accruent compliance program
- Supervise changes to the regulatory frameworks and landscape and recommend policy changes to the CISO that will help the business be proactive in reaching compliance
- Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
- Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.
- Identify and reduce business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
- Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international standard methodologies.
- Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.
- Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
- Be responsible for risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.
What you bring to the table:
- 3+ years of information security compliance/internal audit experience
- CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CGEIT required
- Knowledge of audit standard processes
- BS degree in Engineering, Cyber Security, Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to influence and achieve results via accountability and negotiation and creative problem solving
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong facilitation skills with a consistent track record of proactively obtaining consensus across working teams towards a common goal
- Have worked with external partners and handling outside facing relationships
- Experience interpreting revising and planning around policies
- Deep familiarity auditing and supporting compliance activities against these frameworks. ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 1 and/or SOC 2, ITGC, NIST.
- Establishing an IT internal audit program

- This job requires up to 5% travel domestically.
- This is a full-time, exempt opportunity.

The salary range for this position is $61,300 - $113,900. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
