Where We Need You 

We are seeking a Program Management Senior Director based in New York to project manage our Salesforce Upgrade Project.  

What You Can Expect 

As a Program Management Senior Director focused on the Salesforce Upgrade Project, you will be responsible for partnering closely with leadership on strategic initiatives to orchestrate the program management and launch of key activities across the globe. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the program leader(s) while working closely with key stakeholders to provide strategic direction, set and execute the strategic agenda, set goals, develop the budget, and manage the program.  You will act as a Culture Champion by helping create an energetic, collaborative team environment.   

What You Will Be Doing 

• Provides business context and support to large project teams who are focused on strategic initiatives and projects. 

• Ensure decks and presentations are ready to share with the team leads, stakeholders and executives.  

• Lead team meetings and events via phone, video conference, workshops, and in-person meetings in Protiviti offices.  

• Manage and champion the firmwide program, establishing standards, ensuring compliance and managing communications.  

• Program manage cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams both internally and externally to deliver results.  

• Work cross-functionally to perform market research relevant to program trends and explore potential partnerships.  

• Manage timelines and scheduling of initiative rollouts to ensure the schedule remains on-track. 

• Share leading practices across parties and teams both internally and externally.  

• Challenge the status-quo thinking to push into more innovative and effective ways of thinking. 

• Partner with internal teams to problem solve and respond to issues in real time. 

• Produce, monitor & analyze reporting to share the progress, key performance metrics, and success of the program and initiatives with program teams, leadership, and Executive Team members.  

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to create webinars, virtual events for program, as needed.
