The Opportunity:
The Sr Business Analyst within the Collaboration Services Center of Excellence (CoE) supports the delivery, enablement, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration capabilities. This role combines business analysis, technical writing, and operational execution to translate business needs into scalable solutions, user-focused content, and standardized processes.

The position partners closely within Infrastructure Services, Digital teams, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, governance, and optimization of Microsoft 365 platforms, with a focus on accessibility, user experience, and organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Work On:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for collaboration tools and services (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Copilot).
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear deliverables including user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
  • Support CoE intake, integration, and governance processes by triaging requests, documenting requirements, configurations, and tracking delivery progress.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and recommend solutions to improve delivery outcomes.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve end-user documentation, including job aids, FAQs, knowledge articles, and training materials.
  • Convert complex technical and process information into clear, accessible, and user-friendly content.
  • Ensure all materials align with enterprise accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Support communications and adoption & organizational change management across enterprise channels (e.g., email, Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, learning platforms).
  • Support adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Copilot.
  • Assist in supporting production readiness of solutions through requirement assessment, documentation, and user testing activities.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately reflected in delivered solutions.
  • Contribute to governance initiatives across supported platforms including M365 platform, core services (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange), Data Governance, Management, and Lifecycle (incl., data classification, labeling, and compliance) and other supported collaboration services.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, clarity of requirements and deliverables, and integration needs to support defined business outcomes.
  • Provide concise updates, summaries, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across Infrastructure Services, Digital, and business teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement of intake workflows, documentation standards, and delivery processes.
