We provide comprehensive training, coaching, resources, and mentorship to empower every team member's growth and nurture their success.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p><ul> <li>Delivers high-quality new features and improve the existing ones to our clients via our online platforms</li> <li>Be a part of &amp; responsible for the full software development life cycle </li> <li>Ensures high quality design, code, and test reviews </li> <li>Manage a local team, made up of 5-7 members physically in the same location. Across multiple domains and product streams</li> <li>Recruits, manages, mentors, and develops a best-of-class engineering team</li> <li>Collaborates with tech lead or expert/head of practice feedback to develop their people </li> <li>Collaborates with teams across the UK and France and share ideas and experiences to the wider team to achieve team (and therefore business) goals</li> <li>Enforce guidance to our development teams regarding designs and best practices as it relates to application security</li> </ul><p><strong>What you need to be successful:</strong></p><ul> <li>Master’s degree in related field preferred </li> <li>Minimum 8 years' DevOps experience </li> <li>Experience of people management, but still technically hands-on </li> <li>Experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver software development projects</li> <li>Solid verbal and written/diagrammatical communication skills (in French &amp; English)</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Tech environment and Tech skills required: </strong></p><ul> <li>React, JavaScript/TypeScript, ASP.NET MVC &amp; WebForms</li> <li>C# .NET &amp; .NET Core &amp; .NET 6, Python</li> <li>Oracle, Postgres, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ</li> <li>Ansible, Octopus, Docker</li> <li>Linux, Windows</li> <li>Tools: VisualStudio, VS Code, PyCharm, Azure DevOps services, git, SonarQube, Jira, Confluence, Team</li> <li>Strong knowledge of continuous integration (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent)</li> <li>Experience on API tests (REST/SOAP) via Postman or equivalent</li> <li>Understand and challenge a rich technical stack (Micro-services, High-availability, Multitenancy, Data Lake)</li> </ul><p></p><p>At Sidetrade, we cultivate a multicultural environment that fuels innovation.
