YOUR ROLE

 

Lead the business processes for managing CLL’s core operational systems; including requirements validation, standardization, core system roadmap, change control, IT quotes, and IT delivery. This includes management of the Product Development team, functional leadership of the Regional Superusers, providing technical expertise to Solution Design team, and stakeholder management of the wider CLL organization on all technology capability topics.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

• Lead the business processes for managing CLL’s core operational systems.
• Provide the following services to the CLL organization: requirements validation, standardization, core system roadmap, change control, IT quotes, and IT delivery.
• Support existing customers by providing Operations with a change control process that is clear, transparent and tracks progress to completion.
• Support winning new business by providing Solution Design with a new business quote process that is clear, transparent and tracks progress to completion.
• Stakeholder management of the wider CLL organization on all technology capability topics.
• Manage the Product Development team
• Provide functional leadership and technical expertise to the Regional Superusers
• Provide technical expertise to the Solution Design team

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

• Equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management
• Extensive experience in Global Transportation, Freight Forwarding or 4PL (>10 years)
• Professional development to update/improve ability to generate business value from IT systems
• Proven record of stakeholder management and delivering results with globally distributed, multi-functional project teams
• Proven record of understanding complex supply chain challenges and deploying solutions
• Broad, enterprise-wide view of the business (strategies, policies, processes, people, existing technologies, standardization, innovation, and governance)
