WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll start as a Roofing Advocate (Setter), helping homeowners schedule inspections and understand their insurance options. From there, you’ll have a clear path to promotion into a sales (Closer) role based on performance — not seniority or favoritism.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods (we’ll train you)
• Conduct initial damage assessments and qualify properties for replacement
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claim process and their roofing options
• Set follow-up appointments with interested homeowners
• Coordinate with a Closer, who will return to finalize the sale and contract
• Writing simple roof reports using digital tools
• Submitting basic contracts via mobile apps
• Following up with leads and maintaining communication
• Attending weekly trainings and daily team huddles

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay Range: $75,000–$150,000/year (with bonuses and advancement)
Benefits: Flexible schedule, health insurance after 90 days, weekly and annual Incentives
Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities, commission pay
Work Location: On the road
