Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers for future sales
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features to customers
• Negotiate vehicle pricing and financing options with customers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Stay informed about the latest automotive technology and industry trends

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-focused role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and digital sales tools
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs
