General Summary
The Director of E-Commerce & Operations, ATM is responsible for managing and leading the digital initiatives across site management, creative campaigns, and cross-functional projects. This hybrid role combines strategic thinking, data analysis, and project management to drive revenue, streamline operations, and enhance the customer journey. This position supports the Wholesale and Retail Apparel business.
The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our NYC office and requires working on-site five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage cross-functional workflows and timelines across campaigns, creative shoots, packaging, and retail events. • Lead campaign deliverables from shoot prep to final asset approvals, partnering with creative, merchandising, and post-production teams. • Schedule and run project meetings, track action items, and communicate updates to internal teams and leadership.• Create and maintain detailed documentation including calendars, budgets, and production timelines.• Ensure proper routing of projects for leadership approval and on-time delivery of all assets.• Support sitewide marketing efforts including homepage updates, email asset execution, and campaign collateral.• Oversee retail activations including store signage, windows, and event logistics.• Strategically plan site updates, product drops, and featured collections based on inventory insights and business needs.• Own the customer journey by optimizing site navigation, search results, UGC integration, and product merchandising.• Act as a platform expert, executing enhancements and managing bugs in partnership with development and vendors.• Manage the product launch calendar and validate product setup across the site.• Collaborate with creative and marketing to brief and execute on-site content aligned with brand priorities and top-performing drivers.• Create new and improved business reports that surface actionable insights.• Support ad hoc data requests and performance deep dives to inform strategy.• Monitor competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities.• Translate data into strategy using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Adobe Analytics.• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Specific Job Skills:
Essential duties include• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).• Shopify experience strongly preferred. • Excellent communicator with strong time management and organizational skills. • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, balancing day-to-day execution with long-term planning.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.• Minimum of 5+ years in in ecommerce, digital project management, or site operations.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.• Apparel and/or footwear industry experience highly preferred.• Comfortable working in a founder-led, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.• Available to work in the NYC office 4 days per week.

FULL TIME POSITIONS: The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 - $150,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
