The Opportunity:  

As an administrative program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client priorities. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Office suite and regular interactions with Program Managers and senior stakeholders.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience managing administrative services and business functions, such as coordinating conferences and office reservations, making travel arrangements, and managing office calendars 

  • Knowledge of Security Manager functions in Defense Information System for Security (DISS), Physical Security, and Classified Areas

  • Ability to manage, execute, and enforce the Change Management Plan and serve as the Change Manager for the organization 

  • Ability to identify, analyze, track, record, provide guidance and training, and maintain records management with respect to all actions associated with Change Management, identifying trends in change requests and provide status updates and reports to leadership

  • Secret clearance 

  • Bachelor's degree required  

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with the Marine Corps in the Pacific 

  • Knowledge of construction planning and scheduling

  • Master's degree

Clearance:   

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
