Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a detail-oriented associate to support the Proposal Management team in creating and managing proposals that effectively communicate services and solutions to potential customers. As part of a dynamic organization, this role offers hands-on experience in business development, project management, and the proposal process in a corporate setting.
Essential Functions:
Support the tracking and reporting of proposal outcomes and metrics
Assist with the organization and updating of proposal management tools and databases
Participate in proposal review meetings and contribute to the improvement of proposal quality
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the proposal development process
Qualifications:
To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Project Management, Technical Writing or related field or have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of Virginia is $41,500 - $76,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
