We are currently seeing an experienced candidate for the Role of Senior Business Analyst
The Senior Business Analyst will Provide specific guidance to clients using prior business experience to analyze data and drive business growth. Adhere to company procedures and provide information to stakeholders.
This position will be a Remote, will need initial visit on-site in PA.
Primary Responsibilities
• Evaluate business processes, create/review requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields. Quality or Regulatory knowledge and report creation experience with analytical tools.
- 5 -7 years of experience as a business analyst.
- Prior experience in Incentivized Compensation and knowledge of tool the SaaS solution called Optymyze
- Strong background in Excel and will require our resources to ensure/validate the data from the incentive plans and individual quotas entered by the sales reps in the system to ensure it meets eligibility requirements prior to reporting.
- Proficient in excel and using formulas to handle % calculation changes involving employee comp. packages and overall bonus percentage/payout.
- Managed 1 project independently or providing support on 3 projects simultaneously with data deliverables being met and managed proactively.
- Previous consulting or industry experience.
- Expert using various project management. Methodologies
