Senior Programmer Analyst

The Senior Programmer Analyst performs an advanced level of programming, analysis, as well as other technical and administrative duties related to the design, development, and support of Richland County’s application software environment. Will work with the Business Analysts and Project Leads to interview customers, determine current/future application software requirements and definitions. Must possess extensive experience developing custom software applications using a variety of programing languages and technologies. Primary technology stack includes C#, ASP.NET Web API, MVC, Entity Framework, TFS, Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML, Javascript, CSS, SQL, and SSIS but may include other technologies including PHP, Python, and Powershell. Must have responsive application design and development experience as well as database design and complex query experience. Graphic design experience preferred. Must have a four-year degree in a field applicable to this position or equivalent professional experience.
