Job Description & Skill Requirement:
The Sr.Lead PLM Developer with 10+ yrs of experience is responsible for development using the Siemens Teamcenter PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) framework and tools .He/She should have the ability to perform the activities of requirement gathering from business, solution design, solution development and test plan definition (SW development life cycle execution) in response to business requirements. He/She will provide user support as required in support of a global multi discipline environment. Should have good communication skills and ability to work with users. He should have experience in working on Agile platform.
• Understanding of Teamcenter PLM application use in support of product design and manufacturing, Bill of Material and Change Management concepts.
• Have in depth knowledge on Teamcenter PLM architecture and Active Work Space Implementation
• Work with business to clarify business requirements and identify opportunities to improve solutions.
• Document solution proposals and specifications.
• Define custom solutions to address the requirements using the AAM PLM framework
• PLM security implementation
• Use of Java, C/C++ programming languages in conjunction with the Siemen’s Teamcenter PLM API’s and related application framework
• Experience with Rich Client, Server, and Utility development
• Responsible for on time Delivery of Design, Development, Testing & Deployment as per the plan
• Coordinate support activities and identify solution for complex issues.
• Provide metrics for support team
• Assure data integrity and provide solutions when inconsistencies are identified.
• Training and mentoring incoming associates
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or master’s degrees in Computer Science/Mechanical or similar background.
