Specific Responsibilities Would Include

The Director of Sales Operations for Centric Lifestyle Clubs will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and flawless execution across the club retail business. This individual will serve as the key liaison between Sales, Planning, Production, and the Customer, ensuring that all operational processes run efficiently.

 

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep operational mindset and a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate complexity with ease, and is proactive in anticipating issues and delivering solutions. This position is instrumental in elevating our service to Costco and Sam’s Club while building scalable systems to support future growth.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Planning
  • Coordinate all market appointment logistics and communicate needs to Design and Merchandising teams
  • Own end-to-end order management for the Clubs business – managing all order files and timelines with precision committed orders, projected shipments, and financial targets
  • Maintain and manage sales checkbooks to track the use of funding and balance to predetermined budgets
  • Lead monthly LE (Latest Estimate) reporting for sales and shipping; ensure timely and accurate updates for executive visibility
  • Oversee monthly shipping recaps in collaboration with Planning and Logistics to track ship dates and in-depot timing
  • Monitor container reports to track inventory flow while partnering with Production and Logistics to monitor progress and flag any issues
  • Continuously improve internal documentation and templates to increase efficiency and accuracy across teams

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, planning, or production coordination – preferably with Costco, Sam’s Club, or other club retailers
  • Proven expertise in SAP, Retail Link, and item/POS management systems
  • Deep understanding of the club buying cycle, sales checkbook management, and bulk inventory processes
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis) and
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and timelines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Salary Range: $104,800 - $131,000
