Senior Engineer, Modularization

The position offers an attractive salary and benefits package in a positive working environment.<br/>  <br/>  <br/> Your primary tasks involve, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Architecture: Support definition of the group Architecture and Modularization strategy for manufacturing equipment within Motor and other relevant manufacturing areas.</li> <li>Modularization: Deliver mature cells, functional elements, tools, interfaces and standards (Grundfos Design Library) within Motor manufacturing and other relevant areas.</li> <li>Continuous Improvements: Continuously work on cells, functional elements, tools, interfaces and standards (Grundfos Design Library) to increase flexibility and productivity of processes and interfaces within own area.</li> <li>DFM: Ensure right level of DFM in cells, functional elements, tools and interfaces related to product design. </li> <li>Standardization: Implement global standards for Mechanical, HW, and SW modularization.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What do you need to apply?</p> <ul> <li>Experience: 3-5 years in modular architecture </li> <li>Education: B.Sc. or equivalent.</li> <li>Technical Proficiency: Expertise in modular architecture and IMS S62 (Preferable within Motor manufacturing).</li> <li>Communication Skills: Good stakeholder management and communication skills.</li> <li>Team Collaboration: Ability to work across cultures and functional boundaries.</li> <li>Decision-Making: Fact-based decision-making with a structured and practical approach.<br/>  </li> </ul> <p>Location<br/> Tatabánya or Budapest (2 days/week in the office)<br/>  <br/> Why Grundfos<br/> At Grundfos, we attempt to do things others cannot or do not attempt to do.
