Team member must be able to work all holidays and be willing to be on call on the weekend.  Hours: 6a-2p; Schedule: Mon-Fri w/poss Sat's

This position is responsible for receiving orders, dispatching trucks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. 

This position will require the team member to dispatch drivers which includes being able to re-route drivers on the driver's schedule and making adjustments to the schedule as needed.  The team member must meet Tyson Foods, Inc. non-CDL qualifications. Team member must learn how to load trucks and keep their work area as well as the Load-Out area clean.

This position will require the team member to have excellent communication and computer skills.  The team member must also be able to drive a forklift and bobcat as well as be able to drive an 18 wheeler around the parking lot and back it up.

Requirements:

 Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 365-day waiting period before you can reapply.

• Number of Times Worked at Tyson: You can apply if you’ve worked at Tyson no more than three times.

• Failed Drug Screen - if you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying.
