What You’ll Do:

• Lead all maintenance operations for buildings, grounds & amenities
• Handle service requests & make-readies
• Respond to after-hours emergencies
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors
• Maintain inventory and manage budget
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisor experience (multifamily required)
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing & carpentry skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation & basic tools
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
