Your future team 

As an HR Trainee, you will join our dynamic HR Team at the ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center in Poznan. Our local HR team consists of 15 dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting our employees and driving our people agenda forward. You will be working closely with both the Recruitment sub-team, comprised of 6 experienced specialists, as well as the HR Administration team, made up of 4 skilled team members.

 

What you will be doing 

You will have the opportunity to learn our HR practices and gain experience by supporting key activities. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • conducting screen calls with candidates and scheduling interviews 
  • managing end-to-end recruitment process for intern roles 
  • building positive experience with candidates and employees 
  • responding to employee inquiries and providing basic HR information
  • preparing and working with HR employee documentation
  • supporting the administration of employee benefits platforms and working time registration system
  • conducting training sessions for new interns

As you grow in the role and gain experience, you will take on new challenges :) 

What you bring 

We are looking for a student with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn about HR and the job market. 

 

Our ideal candidate: 

  • Is in 3th or 4th year of university 

  • Is available to work at least 26-30 hours per week 

  • Has strong proficiency in Microsoft Office  

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail  

  • Is proficient in both Polish and English (minimum B2 level) 

  • Handles sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism 

  • Is motivated, independent, and results-oriented 

  • Has a consultative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
