Purpose of the role: 

 

- The HR and EHS Communications Intern will support the execution of Global HR & EHS Communications plans and campaigns.

- The internship programme is focused on learning by experience and provides an opportunity to gain valuable work skills in an international environment.

- You will be based in Budapest and reporting to the Global HR & EHS Communications Manager.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

Support in executing HR and EHS communication plans which includes the following:

 

General HR and EHS communications

 

•Design, update, maintain HR and EHS channels and pages on our social intranet •Supporting the preparation, live coordination and post event of HR connection dialogues, global webinars, forums etc. •Collect qualitative and quantitative data on HR and EHS channels and campaign performance

 

Written communications

 

•Copywriting and proofreading HR and EHS communications (e.g. articles, newsletters, blog posts) •Write, prepare and deliver written communications to support HR and EHS in company-wide communications and campaigns

 

Design and branding

 

•Design and produce materials for various campaigns (e.g. banners, brochures, flyers, posters) •Support in adapting communication materials aligned to the brand      

You have:

 

- Ongoing college or University studies for at least 1 year (preferably in a related field

- Fluent in English

- You can work a minimum of 25 hours/week

- AI Toolset skills are nice to have

-Content Creation experience 

- Creative Mindset
