In addition, we offer products developed in-house to increase efficiency.   </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The position is to be filled at one of our locations: Kronberg im Taunus</p><ul><li>You prepare the payroll independently in cooperation with our external service provider.</li><li>You are the first point of contact for employees in all payroll-related issues, support with administrative HR tasks and prepare monthly and ad-hoc evaluations and reports.</li><li>Furthermore, you will check all payroll tax and social security issues, maintain master and transaction data and look after the company pension scheme. </li><li>With your expertise, you will support audits by business, tax and social security auditors.</li><li>In addition, you have the opportunity to support project-related activities on the topic of payroll and digitalization and to help shape and optimize HR processes.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a human resources specialist (m/f/d) or additional qualification in the area of human resources or payroll accountant (m/f/d) or similar.</li><li>In recent years, you have been able to deepen your knowledge of payroll accounting as well as social security and payroll tax law.</li><li>Analytical skills and a diligent way of working distinguish you.</li><li>Furthermore you bring a sense of humor as well as a hands-on mentality.</li><li>Your language skills are fluent in German and good in written and spoken English.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>30 days of paid vacation, internal and external training opportunities, MyN – Nagarro Employee Share Program, attractive company car and company bicycle arrangements, company-funded accident insurance policy, modern office space at central locations with high-tech equipment, sports programs, access to the corporate benefits portal, free fruit and drinks.</li><li>Plenty of room for innovation in a high-growth environment with the latest technologies and products.
